dc.descriptionommunity leaders and child protection professionals from South Carolina approached NCPTC about conducting a large-scale study of the response of South Carolina professionals to cases of child sexual abuse (CSA) and to make recommendations for improving the system. In the ensuing months, it became clear to NCPTC that hundreds of child protection professionals were eager to assess the state s strengths and weaknesses and to move to an even higher level in protecting children.
