This workshop provides a judicial perspective overview to judges, law enforcement professionals, child advocates and child protective caseworkers on the rising dual dilemma in child abuse prosecutions of “taint,” and the impact of “Crawford v. Washington” on the hearsay statements of child victims, and ways to lessen the problems. Participants will learn to develop trial strategies to address both problems in the adversarial courtroom setting.en_US
