Abstract
The purpose of the Listen and Learn program is to simply introduce the concept of the CAC/MDT model
to tribal communities that do not have access to or utilize those resources at the local level. The value of
Listen and Learns is that each program is tailored to incorporate the specific dynamics related to the tribe
(or tribes) participating, in an effort to introduce the concept of collaborating with state, local, federal, and
non-profit agencies through the multidisciplinary approach.
