dc.description Securing more consistent enforcement of polyvictims rights may help improve the victims experiences with the legal process, and thereby mitigate the victims experience of secondary trauma and further the proper administration of justice. Therefore, it is important for practitioners to be prepared to address the challenges that their victim-clients may face when interacting with the criminal justice system.
