Abstract
This document suggests strategies for communities to consider. It is intended for anyone committed to the positive development of children and families, and specifically to the prevention of all forms of CM. It is organized into four sections. Each section focuses on one goal and lays out suggested steps to help you move toward that goal. While each individual goal is important, the four goals together are more likely to build the comprehensive foundation of SSNRs for children.
