This article presents a framework of global child pornography model legislation, formulated by The International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (ICMEC). The framework posits that proper legislative development for anti-child pornography laws is a process that encapsulates policy design and implementation. It offers a checklist of important provisions legislators can incorporate in anti-child pornography legislation, taking into account the varying cultural, religious, socio-economic, and political norms of each state.
