Furthermore, the project is investigating how enablers and barriers to the goal of delivering the best practices for vulnerable children. The project embraces a qualitative approach, including interviews with professionals’ that are active in child; - consultations and interrogations at CAC. The project’s analysis is characterized by three themes: legislation in relation to collaboration, collaborative practice and developmental opportunities. As a result, it is apparent that the different professional identities are affected by legal constraints but also cultural factors creating a hierarchy which automatically gives the juridical system precedence. It is expected that the health and welfare system must adapt and prioritize the criminal investigation before developing support measures. Furthermore; the results show a need of closer collaboration between all professionals and common measures of health and social services to achieve the best practices for children.enInternational ResourcesSwedenchildren's advocacy centerscollaborationCollaboration between professionals: An exploration of how crimes against children are managed: A case study at a Swedish Children's Advocacy CenterArticle
