Abstract
This report examines how the domestic violence provisions in CAPTA have been
implemented at the federal and state levels and subsequent successes and challenges.
It is informed by interviews with key federal and state officials, child abuse and domestic
violence advocates, a national survey of child abuse and neglect administrators, and
other research.
