Abstract
Telling the story of your case in a compelling way, where the listener is involved through all the senses and truly understands, is a daunting challenge. Our cases deal with tragic irrational acts, whose story must be told in an antiseptic courtroom environment. We tell those stories to judges of fact that often cannot fathom what the world is really like. The class will give you the understanding of how those two worlds collide as well as providing tools to effectively convey your story.
